CFIA cancels accreditation of ACO Certification Ltd. (ACO) under the Canada Organic Regime

Effective February 9, 2024, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has cancelled the accreditation of ACO. ACO shall not have any further right, liability, or obligation under the Canada Organic Regime. ACO is no longer under the oversight of the CFIA.
