Botanical Features

Agricultural Features

Medium to high yielding variety; early tuber set. Tubers have an attractive appearance and excellent washing quality. Short dormancy period; storage not recommended. Medium specific gravity.

Avoid pre-sprouting because tubers have a very fast physiological aging after long storage. Well adapted to loam and organic soils, not suitable for sandy soils. Irrigation is needed in sandy loams. Potatoes intended for seeds should be planted as late as possible and stored at 2 to 3 °C.

Reaction to Diseases

Highly resistant: Verticillium albo atrum.
Moderately resistant: leaf roll, PVY, fusarium storage rots, rhizoctonia.
Susceptible: late blight, phoma, early blight, Verticillium dahliae.
Highly susceptible: common scab.
