REGAL program: Authorized laboratories for testing of grain exports

The Recognition of Export Grain Analysis by Authorized Laboratories (REGAL) program is an alternative service delivery program for grain exporters.

Under the REGAL program, grain exporters may have their grain shipments tested by the CFIA or by CFIA-authorized private laboratories. This provides them with more options for having their grain shipments tested. Once the grain is tested only the CFIA can issue phytosanitary certificates.

CFIA authorized laboratories are permitted to test grain shipments of all types of crops being exported to:

The following laboratories are authorized by the CFIA to provide grain testing services as part of REGAL. (Additional laboratories will be added once approved.)
