Sanitary Requirements for Export of Animal Feed Preparations from Canada to Taiwan

- The products originate from a country or a part of country that has been free of Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD), Rinderpest, Contagious Bovine Pleuropneumonia, African Swine Fever, Newcastle Disease and Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) prior to export.
- In Canada, bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE) is a reportable disease.
The products contain animal ingredients that were derived from cattle, sheep, goats or other animals susceptible to BSE, which were imported from (country) that is free from BSE.
The products contain animal ingredients that were exclusively derived from animals not susceptible to BSE which were either from Canadian origin or legally imported into Canada.
The products contain no ingredients of animal origin.
- The products and raw material were not contaminated by pathogen of BSE while manufacturing and processing.
- The products have been manufactured in Canada.
