1. The product identified above was obtained under official veterinary supervision.

2. The product identified above originates from animals that did not show any clinical signs of foot-and-mouth disease or anthrax at the time of slaughter.

3. The product identified above originates from animals raised in a country, or zone of a country, free from foot-and-mouth disease with or without vaccination, according to the Terrestrial Animal Health Code of the World Organisation of Animal Health (OIE)
and
The establishment where the product identified above was obtained is located in a country, or zone of a country, free from foot and mouth disease with or without vaccination, according to the Terrestrial Animal Health Code of OIE
or
The product identified above was submitted to salting for at least 28 days in sea salt containing 2% sodium carbonate.

4. a) For bovine skins:
The exporting country is free from rinderpest and lumpy skin disease according to the Terrestrial Animal Health Code of OIE
or
The product identified above was stored for at least 40 days before shipment.

4. b) For sheep and goat skins:
The exporting country is free from peste des petits ruminants, rinderpest and sheep and goat pox according to the Terrestrial Animal Health Code of OIE.

4. c) For pig skins :
The exporting country is free from African swine fever, classical swine fever, swine vesicular disease and rinderpest according to the Terrestrial Animal Health Code of OIE.

5. The product was packed in a manner to prevent leakage of liquid during transportation.

6. The container was sealed.
