Alternative Service Delivery Policy
5. Scope
This policy applies to ASD arrangements established by the CFIA.
The following are not considered to be ASD arrangements and, therefore, this policy does not apply to them:
- contracting of internal services or professional services that support program design and maintenance; and
- services or programs which are not directly related to the CFIA's mandate and for which the CFIA does not retain any obligations, responsibilities or authority for delivery or oversight.
